Spectrum Learn & Develop is a new business which sits under the Spectrum umbrella, along with Spectrum Community Health CIC, Spectrum People and Spectrum SHARP.

In 2018, Spectrum Learn & Develop took over the management and delivery of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) accredited Substance Misuse and Associated Health (SMAH) courses. The courses promote the wellbeing and recovery of individuals by delivering training and improving the knowledge of healthcare professionals, who offer SMAH treatment within their communities.

We also offer a variety of other services, working with organisations and individuals to support the development and management of new training courses. Currently we are managing Making Every Contact Count (MECC) programmes, Substance Misuse Service (SMS) First Aid Training, as well as constantly developing other projects which we aim to start trialling shortly.
