Dr Linda Harris

Medical Director. Linda has been the Medical Director of RCGP Substance Misuse and Associated Health (SMAH) since 2005. SMAH programmes provide the skills and capabilities to meet the increasingly complex case management associated with managing the range of substance misuse issues in society. Along with her team, Linda is proud to launch Spectrum Learn & Develop in September 2018 and continue to deliver the RCGP Accredited training courses.

Dr Nat Wright

Clinical Lead for Certificate in the Management of Drug Misuse Part 1, Part 2 and Recertification. Nat joined the RCGP SMAH team in 2008 as Clinical Lead for Drugs Part 2 and has recently taken over Drugs Part 1. His role is to ensure that the courses reflect both development in policy and the evidence base. He is leading a strong team of expert trainers and tutors that deliver courses and develops new projects to meet educational needs of those working with vulnerable groups.

Pip Hearty

National Education Coordinator. Pip started working with RCGP SMAH in July 2016, working with Nat and Linda to develop the newly developed Drugs Recertification course. She is involved in updating the SMAH courses to ensure that the content reflects up-to-date evidence-based practice. Along with Lesley, Pip supports the tutors and trainers in the management of the learning events.

Lesley Jordan

Course Administrator. Lesley supports the tutors and trainers in the management of the learning events and is the point of contact for the delegates booking onto the future courses. She has a wealth of knowledge and is happy to work with you to ensure that the training events meet your needs.
